In Tuscany we call chiudenda a piece of land destined to produce olive oil, the olive trees are planted without apparent criteria along the hills, which, in our case, face the Tirreno Sea . This is a two storey house, on the first floor there is a large living room , divided into a relaxing area and a dining area, a large, functioning fireplace (perfect for winter holidays), a kitchen, completely furnished, two bedrooms (one master bedroom and one with three single beds) both have their own private bathroom. The living room and the kitchen have direct access to a large balcony with a view on the Mediterranean Sea, the balcony is covered by a roof, like a patio, purposely designed to allow the guests to dine outdoor and be protected from the evening moist or the heat of the sun during the day and yet enjoy the beautiful view of the water and the islands in front
